Provide value to anyone that we work with. This includes those that will are not doing business with. We will use our network to provide you with the information you need whether you want to rent from us, make a purchase, or sell a property. Freedom Rental Properties provides this advice free of charge to all individuals that ask for it.

Humanitarian Efforts
Homelessness
Freedom Rental Properties works to provide affordable housing for all. However, homelessness and affordable housing can be an issue for some. FRP has joined forces with the Homeless and Housing Coalition of Kentucky to help eliminate the threat of homelessness and fulfill the promise of safe, decent, and affordable housing for all Kentuckians that are in dire need. Freedom Rental Properties also volunteers time with Habitat for Humanity to provide new construction housing for those that qualify. The Habitat for Humanity concept centered on the dire need for adequate, affordable homes. We fully support this endeavor.
Climate Change
Climate change is the largest collective issue facing our planet today. Freedom Rental Properties combats the changes in the climate by working to make all our properties more energy efficient. This creates for lower energy bills for our residence. This saves on greenhouse gas emissions that are a known contributor to climate change. A home provides its occupants with a refuge from the ever-changing climate outdoors. Landfills are the third largest source of methane in the United States. Freedom Rental Properties uses better building products during our renovations and prepare our properties for long-term usage. This reduces landfill waste from building material and thus reduces our CO2 impact on global climate change.
